Solutions

Practical support throughout the working day.

Each solution combines your company-specific content, educational design, technology and implementation. Here are five needs we help operational organisations address.

01

Onboarding and role readiness

New colleagues start at different locations, and experienced staff explain the same things again and again.

What ILA delivers
Role-specific introductions, company standards, short lessons and practical tasks.
For the employee
A clear first route into the role, available on their phone.
The manager's role
Supports practical tasks and sees where a new starter needs help.
02

Instructions and knowledge during work

Instructions are spread across manuals, emails, shared drives and local habits.

What ILA delivers
Mobile reference content, QR-linked guidance and AI assistance using the agreed programme knowledge.
For the employee
Opens approved guidance where the task happens, without searching.
The manager's role
Points people to one consistent source instead of repeating explanations.
03

Procedures, guidelines and codes of conduct

A policy exists, but it is not clear who has read it or understood it.

What ILA delivers
Clear explanations, acknowledgement, knowledge checks, reporting and agreed practical follow-up.
For the employee
Reads, confirms and checks their understanding in plain language.
The manager's role
Sees acknowledgement and check results — and observes practical application separately.
04

Team communication and changing standards

A procedure changes, and the update reaches teams unevenly.

What ILA delivers
Programme updates and communication streams, with an agreed content-maintenance process: who approves an update and how it reaches the intended audience.
For the employee
Receives relevant updates in the same place they learn.
The manager's role
Knows which update went to which team. Version and re-acknowledgement needs are scoped per assignment.
05

Continuing learning and professional development

Training happens once, then fades.

What ILA delivers
Service skills, communication and professional behaviour, reinforced over time and connected to workplace needs.
For the employee
Short, regular learning that relates to their daily work.
The manager's role
Has a shared language for coaching and development.

Examples by working environment.

Illustrative applications of the offer — not customer case studies. Each example shows a recognisable situation, the employee experience and the operational purpose.

Hospitality

Seasonal and permanent colleagues need to deliver a consistent guest experience across shifts and locations.

A new employee follows a short role introduction, revisits a service demonstration before a shift and consults approved guidance when a guest raises a concern. The supervisor follows up with practical coaching where needed.

Purpose: Support consistent service and help new colleagues feel prepared.

Facility management

Employees work at different client sites, each with its own arrangements, service expectations and reporting procedures. Wherever they work — and however far they are from head office — the same company values and standards should guide their daily work.

A QR-linked instruction at the relevant work area opens the approved guidance for that location. Short explanations and suitable language versions help employees understand the task, how to report an issue and how to put shared company values into practice.

Purpose: Support consistent company values and ways of working across client sites, regardless of distance from head office.

Greenkeeping and grounds maintenance

Experienced staff and seasonal workers need a shared understanding of site standards, task methods and equipment procedures.

Practical demonstrations capture an experienced colleague's explanation of an approved method. Employees can revisit the relevant instruction on mobile, supported by hands-on supervision where required.

Purpose: Share practical knowledge and support consistent ways of working as teams change.

Machinery and equipment rental

Employees and technicians need role-specific instructions relating to the same equipment, with a shared understanding of safety standards.

A QR code links employees and technicians to the relevant approved instruction or demonstration, including applicable safety standards. Content and access are adapted to each role; practical instruction and supervision remain part of the process where required.

Purpose: Help employees and technicians locate the correct guidance, understand safety standards and recognise when expert assistance is needed.

Franchise operations

Franchise owners, managers and employees work across different locations, but need a shared understanding of the brand's values, service standards and operating procedures.

Role-specific onboarding and practical guidance turn the franchise's agreed standards into clear everyday actions. Shared learning content and updates help each location put the same brand values into practice, while allowing for approved local arrangements.

Purpose: Support a consistent brand experience and ways of working across franchise locations, regardless of distance from head office.
