Experience
Dutch roots. Practical experience in Brazil. An international perspective on people at work.
Through ProJunto, ILA develops and operates practical learning for service and hospitality professionals in Brazil. This work informs our approach to accessible content, learner engagement and continuing support. We bring that experience into the design of programmes for European organisations, adapting the approach to each workforce and working environment.
ILA's team brings international experience in business, education, operations and programme development.
